I recently got into squatting and deadlifting again and have been using this video routine to stretch out my lower back/hammies since I always feel that they are tight.
My buddy recently said that its not a good stretching since you stretch out your whole lower back and then put to much pressure (squatting and deadlifting) on the lower back again.
My question to you ladies and gentlemen is what kind of stretches should I do (If I should do them) and what kind of warmup routine could I possibly add to my schedule?
