Heya guys,
Recently started getting serious about my nutrition, i'm not overweight in any state but i'm looking for that lean 8-10% range in bf, currently at around 14-15% with small ab definition.
80kg, 177cm height,
My current macros are:
175g Protein. 200-210g Carbs. 45-50g Fats.
Main meals are chicken, rice and veggies, Snacks are currently Protein shake (1.5 scoops) and 2 rice-cakes.
My training is Push, Hiit, Pull, Legs, Steady cardio (usually 1-2k swim)
Can anyone pick apart the nutrition to maybe give me a leg up? I'm also trying to average 7-10k steps a day.
