Difference in arms' strength

Hey, I've recently started working out for the first time in my life.

So today was my first day lifting weights. I had been doing only cardio for two weeks.

I'm left handed.

I've noticed that the strength in my right arm is lesser than my left arm.

Is this normal?

I could easily do reps in my left arm but had a hard time in my right.

Even while lifting those long bars with weights on the sides, the right arm was not strong enough to even raise the bar, at the end of 3rd set of 15 reps.

How do I bring it at par with right left arm?
