Hey guys and girls!
So as the title shows, I am burdened with being duck footed or Out-Toed. My feet are naturally pointed outward. When squatting. I lose my balance easily, can't keep my back straight without falling over and when my feet are pointed outward, they bend inward not allowing me to be fully dug into the ground. Now, because this happens I cannot Squat and it is really discouraging since I am trying to get more into Strong Man! Any advice or tips on how to deal with this? I love exercising and lifting heavy but this always makes me dread leg day.
