Gaining mass, muscle etc.

If I work out alot, and eat alot and eventually gain some mass.

Do I have to continue eating alot to keep it on?

It sounds funny, but I really don't like eating alot. food is good and all, but Im not the kind of guy who can down fuck tonnes of food all the time

( I'm also vegetarian/vegan) most of the time.
