I'm ready to go up but my inability to get into position safely is stopping me

I'm currently at 20kg on DB flat press and I'm ready to go up to 22kg. However, I'm struggling to get into position safely. On my last set today I hurt my shoulder doing so. Should I go down to 18kg and practice getting in and out or remain at 20kg until this is sorted (been like this now for 4 sessions).
