I seem to get go through a cycle of this every time where ill work up to a new strength in PR then next time i work out i wont be as strong and ill be sad. But then ill work up to be even stronger than i was before over next 2-3 weeks then same crap happens where ill be weaker again.
I mean im progressively getting stronger over long period of time but how do i prevent from going back in strength a bit after hitting new PRs?
