I’m a 16 year old who just got back to the gym after a few months, and I’ve always liked doing the planet fitness 30 minute circuit after a run. My main goal right now is to lose fat, gaining muscle isn’t as much of a concern to me at the moment, so I was wondering how effective doing a 2 mile run plus the 30 minutes circuit at least a few times a week is in burning fat.
