Hello! I am a 26yr old female. I currently weigh 114 lbs. I am skinny with not really any muscle. I’d like to change that! I’ve been lifting weights but I really need assistance with my diet. I know I should eat a lot of meat/protein, however I am looking for some snack and meal ideas. What/how much do you eat during the day? The thing is, most of the time I eat three meals a day and I don’t snack much. I probably need to take in more calories than what I’m currently consuming to gain muscle, correct? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated :)
