I've recently started a creatine cycle and using pre workout. The first few days my workouts really improved, pumped up my muscles and I felt really good when I left the gym. Today I worked out just as hard as any day but I didn't get a pump nor did I feel that great when leaving the gym. Why is this? Could anyone shine some light on it for me?
