Im 14, male, i wiegh 96kg, im 175cm tall, i have wide shoulders and i have the body of a upside dpwn dorito (not best at explaining)
Background (usless info there just in case its needed):
Reason im asking is 3 years ago i started working out i did it daily i also noticed some pain in my right knee 3 years later i discovered i have a infection in my right knee and i needed rest long story short i missheard the time of rest and started working out earlier than supposed too (since i gained alot of wieght in my period of inactivity)
Details of said question:
Im looking for a workout that doesnt require the use of my legs at all cuz of my medical condition is there such a wprkout? And is it recommended?
