I've been lifting consistently for about 4 years now and have had some level lower back problems from the outset. I do have a background of sports but no injuries to the lower back. I've added regularly doing 90/90 stretches before every lifting session amongst a couple other lower back stretches and a lifting belt after certain weights are hit. Any direction or help would.be greatly appreciated!
