Hello everyone. Straight to the point. I want to change my nutrition habits. I am ok with eating some red meat, love chicken, and tolerate tuna (only sea-food I like). I am seeking advice from someone who chooses healthy alternatives and has burned off fat just from the changes in what they eat. For example what do you use instead of sugar for sweetening stuff? What is your alternative to cooking oil? How do you make sure you don't contribute to gaining/keeping fat? What's in your fridge? How do you eat?
If I told you I want to burn fat off so I can start working out in about a month after I lose some of it what would be your advice? How did you do it?
I am 6'1 , 29, male, 204 pounds if it matters
