So when I first started working out I used to get really bad DOMs in my abs after ab day. I've been working abs for a few months now and just can't get that pain back which makes me worried I'm not working them hard enough.
Yesterday I did like 1.5 hours of core workouts (twists, crunches, weighted situps, etc) and today - no pain.
Is there something I'm missing or is that just the case with abs?
The rest of my muscles on other body parts will always hurt after a hard workout.
