Am I not progressing on deadlift because I’m not doing weights with leg day?

I have been following ppl from reddit but mainly just the push/pull. On leg days I only do body weight stuff due to my knees that just can’t handle any stress from weights whatsoever. My bench and ohp have been progressing but my deadlift has been in the same spot the past 5-7 weeks. Is this because I’m not getting my legs trained hard enough? If so what would you all suggest I do.
