Hi all, I've been reading this subreddit for quite some time. Really enjoy the content here and the general atmosphere!
I used to go to the gym every day, but since my second daughter was born, I just cannot find the time.
The good thing is that kost of the time I have like an hour and a half of dead time between 5:30 to 7:00.
Is there anyone here that can recommend a good home workout routine (I have no weights or gear at home) that I could do at this dead time?
My focus is usually strength and I know it's going to be Impossible without weights, so maybe I can also switch focus, pretty open to any recommendations.
