How can I stop my knees hurting after leg day?

Every time I do a leg day my knees start to hurt after the gym (it hurts most to straighten the legs). Sometimes the pain can last up to 3 days. I get no pain when actually lifting. I've been going to the gym for about a month now and it only started to happen about a week and a half ago. On leg day I do squats, rows (to help with back) and then deadlifts. Sometimes I leave out the rows and move it to another day. I'm 20M at 60kg and 5'11" if that helps. I just got back from the gym and knees are hurting again. I hit a max of 3 reps at 55kg and 1 rep max of 65kg on deadlift. I did a small amount of rows but ran out of time. I was lifting 40kg but I don't think rows are causing the problem
