Humerus pops occasionally

Yesterday I got a new workout program from my trainer that involved elbow-to-hand planks (I’ve only been working out for around 5 months). While I was in the middle of set, when I got my right hand planted on the ground and went to push with my left arm to get a full extension, it felt like my humerus just popped. Not near my shoulder or elbow but just sort of in the middle of it. I face planted when it popped because it hurt at first, but it felt fine after about a minute like nothing had happened. It also happened once when I did dumbbell pullovers a while back. It’s only my left arm. Should I get this checked out?
