So I recently got a job and although i like being there it does make things more complicated. So for my schedule I want to workout on the weekdays and the weekends be my rest days but I dont know exactly when to workout as I have school from 8am-2:45pm then work ranging earliest starting 4pm to latest 9pm, on top of that I have a dog to walk before I go to work and I'm wondering how I'm going to do the the runs because I dont think i can do that after dark. So I'm just looking for some advice to get my head wrapped around all this.
