I've been doing Negative pull-ups, bench pressing, and squats, for the past month. I think I'm getting a few extra reps in on my BPress. Everything else is the same. I can only do two pull-ups then have to finish the rest as negatives. Of anything, it feels like I'm straining my right trap, but my strength seems to be going nowhere since I started. And I'm really trying to push myself to see if it's in my head, but nope.
I eat enough, especially my protein macros, each day. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
I'm doing each workout as 5x5, until failure on the last.
