What’s up all. I’m looking to start the nSuns 4 day program next week. I’ve been doing Stronglifts for two months and I’m bored out of my mind so decided to switch up to nSuns. I’ve read the wiki and a few other websites to get a better idea etc but I’m a little confused. I printed the spreadsheet and put in my 1RM’s to calculate my TM’s. I’m confused on what weight to do on each set. For instance My 1RM on bench is 185lbs so on Monday the 9 sets for bench, do I do my TM (170lbs) on each set or what? And I’m assuming on the sets like bench where it shows the 8+ that would mean do as many reps as possible? Sorry if this has been asked before and I may be a idiot but couldn’t find any answer on these. Thanks!
