Been doing a PPL routine for the past year with minimal results, suggestions for new programs or tweaks?

Had about 1 rest day a week, in addition to lifting I’d try to do some form of cardio every day(running, basketball, biking). Over the past year my max weights have gone up, but not a ton. Hit a plateau the past few months on every lift, so I’m looking for a new program, preferably one that has me lifting 6 days a week. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful
