Lift 4 days a week, run 2 days. I typically do some static stretching at the end of my workouts/runs. Today was a little different, went on my lunch run and came back to some things at work that needed to be handled. It is now 2 hours after I finished my run and finally got some stretches in.
What, if any, differences are there between stretching right away and after a period of 'x' hours?
