I’m looking to see if anyone has a recommendation for a workout program that is suitable for beginners. A free trial would be nice if available! I have trouble holding myself accountable or coming up with my own exercises and I think I would do well with a program to follow.
My only issue is that I need low impact exercises due to a bad ankle. I am not allowed to run, jump etc. per my surgeon and need to use my aircast boot any time I’m walking or doing mild impact activities. Really puts a pin in a lot of high intensity workouts.
