I am a 20 year old, 6'1, 203 lb male who has been lean muscular for the past 4 years. I have been inactive for the past 6 months due to health issues, and have gained a significant amount of body fat and lost cardio ability during that time.
As I am now recovered, I would like to become bulkier than I have been before, but not fat. What are tips on bulking while not gaining weight, but also not necessarily cutting too much. For more information, I am getting back into heavy cardio to try and get a good APFT score in the fall for ROTC, I have dumbells up to 35 lbs from 15 lbs, and a pullup bar. I can currently do 60 normal pushups and 16 chinups and have a 16:20 2 mile time.
