So I have lost almost 20kg through cardio (running) and doing home crunches. I have not done any weight training. I look pretty skinny as I have shed fat from my legs, arms and my face has also become thinner. The real issue is my belly fat which is super stubborn and I have no idea on how get rid of it. I’m not even sure if it’s belly fat or loose skin as I’m already on the borderline of my BMI with 61.5kg and 175cm height.
I’m no fitness expert and I really need suggestion on how to get rid of this belly cause it’s super annoying.
