(M, 6’, 160lbs, 72.5kg) I know the title seems a little delusional. I’ve been working out regularly for a couple years now, but the first few years were rife with horrible dieting and not enough compound lifts had me plateauing until recently. I’m a bit of a hard gainer in the arms and seem to more easily get big in the chest and back regions with my arms able to keep up in the workouts but not getting much bigger. The second part of my dilemma came in recently when I started getting very into long distance running (2-7miles) which I know can make it hard to put on muscle. I’m willing to do what it takes so what’s your advice? And as always thank you in advance for any and all feedback.
