I rowed at a very very high level for 3 years and now in quarantine I’ve had to rely on just the rowing machine, which I didn’t feel like using for another 4 months after the indoor season. I’ve taken a week to 2 week break from the last time I’ve rowed at all.
I’ve been keeping very active but not working out (cycle rides and working outside). How long is it okay to take a break like this until I notice very noticeable losses in performance?
