When losing weight, does anyone else’s stomach feel super tight at times?

I’ve been jogging everyday and dieting since quarantine started (jogging roughly 20 miles/week) and I started out with a bit of a belly. I almost complexly cut out added sugar and have limited my card intake to some degree as well. The past week or so at times my stomach has felt tight, like I’m involuntarily flexing it or like it’s eating itself. It’s not painful or anything, just flexing. Has anyone else experienced this?
