I'm a typical skinny fat body type. I look fine when wearing clothes but I have 23% body fat which is waaaay much, which is why I gave myself the main goal of getting this % down.
A good thing is that I'm bit of a data freak so I have pretty exact idea of the important numbers. According to everything I've read, I'm doing everything I'm supposed to: I consume 2600 calories a day (of healthy food) which is 20% lower than my maintanance level, I go to gym and lift weights 3 times a week, I consume enough protein per my bodyweight, and I also do a lot of running (10km every other day, often every day). Overall, I usually have over 1000 active calories output, commonly twice as much.
Despite all of this, the body fat % stays the same.
Any idea where could be the problem? Thanks for any input.
