Effects of not working out for three months?

I have not been able to work out in three months because of quarantine. In addition to this, I have barely been doing any cardio & eating like shit because I am stupid. What should I expect when I return to the gym? Will I have lost a lot of muscle? What is the best way to get back into it? I would love some advice, thanks!
