I (20 M) have recently gotten back into exercising after a long hiatus caused by injuries and a general cba attitude. In the time away I've put on some weight and I'm cutting right now to try and lose it. I was just wondering if there was a way for me to slim my neck down a little. I have pretty broad shoulders and my neck is a little broad for my taste. Given I'm not that tall (173) I think it makes me look a little bullish. Are there specific exercises or routines to follow? Is it just a by product of losing weight? Or is it just genetic?
