Should I do the Dumbbell Stopgap if I only have 5lb and 10lb dumbbells?

I have read the post ans it says that it ends when you can 3x10 exercises become easy to do. With that said, I feel like this program would be extremely short. I have looked at the bodyweight recommended workout, but it requires some things that I do not own.

Are there any alternatives?

Note: I do have a multifunctional pull up bar
