Chest not really pumped up after workout, how comes?

Hi guys, I've been going to the gym for about a month. Things have been going really well. I'm tracking the weights I'm using and the amount of reps I can do and pretty much everything is going in an upward trend. After training a specific type of muscle they always feel really pumped up, except for my chest. Today I did arms and chest and my arms felt hard and pumped up but that doesn't happen to my chest even though the muscles are really exhausted. Should I change my exercises or am I doing something wrong? The amount of kilograms I can take for each exercise are increasing over time tho, for example: when I started working out I did bench presses with dumbbels of 18kg and today I did my third set with 24kg.

The exercises I do when training chest are:

Bench presses in 3 ways: flat, incline and decline.

Cable fly: high, mid and low.

Thanks in advance.
