So I started working out and trying different things in terms of diet. I wanted a boost for my work out as i feel more and more routine and just feel like I'm going through the motions as i do more. Because of this I started drinking a mix of amino powder, creatine, and gatorade endurance powder (with water) during my workouts. I was under the impression this was supposed to help me power through strong but im not feeling anything. Am i doing something wrong? :(
