I've been lifting nearly 3 years, "cutting" for most of it but over the past year I've allowed my weight to go up and I haven't increased my lifting numbers as much as I would have liked.
I'm currently 5'9", 240 pounds, and my S/B/D max is 777 pounds.
In 9 months, I would really like to be 185 and join the 1000 pound club. Doing the math, I would have to increase my lifts by 25 pounds while losing 6 pounds of body weight per month on average. Seems like a tall order but just wanted to see other's opinions on how attainable that would be. Thanks!
