I'm I training too hard?

I'm currently on the fence about this. I currently train 1 to 2 hours a day, 5 days a week and on my off days I do flexibility training. I want to be sure because I'd rather not end up with an injury. I'll post my training regimen in the comments if that helps. Also just to note I'm 16 years old, 175cm (5 foot 9 inches) and I weigh 79 kg ( 174 pounds).
