i'm 5'6" and my weight is around 57kgs. i'm pretty slim overall but i have a massive belly and it's been bothering me lately. this is my daily diet
breakfast - 2 peanut butter toast ( whole wheat bread and 100% pure pb ) + black tea
lunch - 2 hard boiled eggs ( white )
snack - a glass of milk ( with hershey's cocoa sometimes )
dinner - 2 whole wheat rotis with daal / chicken / vegetables
will this diet help me lose weight in a healthy way ?
