I'm a dude with ridiculously small wrist. The smallest you could possibly imagine. When I used to work out at home I always felt pain in my wrists whenever I reached a certain amount of weight on my dumbbells so now that I finally signed up for a gym membership I ordered a pair of wrist wraps to help with stability and maybe prevent my wrists from hurting again.
Do they actually help or is this just a myth? I understand that heavy lifters use those but I'm going to start with what you would probably consider baby weights so I don't know if it's just going to end up looking stupid.
