Get out of breath before muscle tiredness when squatting?

I (20F) used to be able to easily squat 80kg 10x5 sets but after not going gym for 7 months and doing exclusively cardio i've lost a lot of muscle. I started going gym again 2 weeks ago and suprised myself by getting out of breath on 35kg by the second set! The weird thing was that my muscles weren't struggling at all (and didn't feel sore the next day) it's just that I was completely out of breath.

I've been 2x a week for the past two weeks and have still faced the same issue, by the second set of 35 kg I feel like I've run a marathon and am way too out of breath to go in for a third set. But the weird thing is that my aerobic stamina has massively increased since lockdown and I'm faster than ever doing cardio.

How long do you think it will take to build up my muscle stamina (?), any other advice?
