Currently running an A/B split, around 3-4 times a week. Usually around a 50-1 hour workout. Making decent progress 4 months in, but wondering if I am missing any muscle groups.
A- chest, shoulders and arms 3x10 incline dumbbell press 5x5 bench 3x10 Arnold press 3x10 curls SS 3x10 lateral raises SS 3x10 pull-up 1x50 incline sit-ups
B- back and legs 5x5 squat 3x10 barbell row 3x10 deadlift 3x10 last pull down 3x10 face pull 3x10 weighted calf raises
