I am currently working on my squat form so I don’t kneel forward too much. While I continue to try to improve on that end, I have discovered that I find it easier to squat on an incline. What are the potential benefits of doing so - I would appreciate if anyone can help me figure out what muscles I may be working out more and which ones I might be neglecting with this style. Thanks!
