So I want to grow a bigger butt but I don’t know how to squeeze the glutes properly. Are hamstrings and inner thighs supposed to be involved? Is your rectum supposed to be squeezed too? And people say use a pelvic tilt but I feel like it’s using my lower back muscles more than anything. I’m looking for the basics of all basics on actually how to squeeze my glutes and what legs muscles to use or not to use. Maybe my glutes are too weak? How can I start from square one with weak glutes?? (Sorry for all the questions, I’ve been searching everywhere for answers to my questions and find nothing helpful.) Please help.
