Hi y’all: New Years resolution is to work on my flexibility and (hopefully) get to the point where I can do a front split on the floor. For reference, I’m a pretty fit female (above 30). I’m not terrible with flexibility, but I’ve never been able to do the front split. I’ve never tried or trained consistently for it.
Can someone give me a good routine that would help with this? How long do you think it would take me be able to do a full front split? Thanks
