Why are kettlebell beginner programs 5x or 6x per week when other beginner programs are 3x per week? Don’t you need adequate rest?

You need rest days to let your body recuperate. Else, it can lead to injury. So how are beginners able to do a full body kettlebell workout, say, six days in a row with only one day of rest without injury?
