I know there are lots of post about this. But I need some advice. I'm currently 180lbs and my goal weight is 195-200lbs. I started bulking at 165lbs... but the reason I'm bulking is so I could compete in 185lbs MMA division. Not for aesthetics. But limiting my cardio will affect my MMA endurance. So I dont know what to do... keep bulking and add cardio but increase calories for the extra work... or finish bulk and then build endurance and cardio after.
Any opinion or advice is appreciated!
