Hi everyone, before all I`m a very long guy with not so much weight ( 6`5`` , 220 lbs). I started this journey almost a year ago and I`ve been doing only full body excersize 3 times a week. I`ve gained almost 25 pounds during this period but now I think I`m stuck. So I decided to change my routine. Luckily for me another friend is very professional about fitness and we have been working out together for 2 weeks now. We are doing split workout as folows
- day - Chest + Biceps superset + Dropset
- day - Back + Shoulder + Triceps superset + dropset
- day - Chest + Biceps superset + dropset
- day - Leg + Biceps + Triceps again superset + dropset
He really is a big fan of supersets and dropsets, and I`m really enjoying doing them. Im sweating like never before, my muscles burn like never before, I pump like an animal during the workout. But main goal is to gain weight and to have more muscle volume and I feel like im burning out too much and afraid that I`ll lose weight. Im taking weight gainer to compansate but I would really like if you think I need to change my routine for a more suitable one. Reddit really inspired me and most of my knowledge comes from here. I tried to look search for it but I think its too specific for my case. So what do you think about supersetting and dropsetting everything?
