Do you feel bad when missing a day if working out or had to take it easy at the gym?

For example right now I’m still recovering from a flu and also my knees and butt start hurting.

But then I feel really bad missing a day because I feel like I’m not contributing anything to myself.

On the other hand, I keep pushing my body to the absolute max where I injure my knees and butt.

Sometimes I don’t know when to take it easy at the gym.
