Do you have to eat protein within the 30 minutes window to maximize gains?

So I meal prep and like after I work out I need to heat up my food. But in the gym there's no microwave to heat it up. So like I have to travel to a local university to heat it up. I was wondering what happens if you don't consume protein within that 30 min window or 1 hour window?
