I’m a big fan of Jim Wendlers program because I think it works and it’s simple. I don’t have to over think what exercises to do I just go to the gym and get my reps in and leave. I moved and the gym near me doesn’t have a standing barbell rack so I can’t do barbell squats or overhead press. They have a bench each though and barbell so I can do barbell bench press and dead lifts. Just wondering how I can supplement his routine with using dumbbells for squats and overhead press?
Is there an app I can use or another strength training program that uses dumbbells instead?
